In accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and the regulations set forth by the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission (GGTCFC), contributions to this campaign are subject to the following limits: Up to $3,300 per person, corporation, or political committee for the Primary Election; Up to $3,300 for the General Election; Up to $1,800 for a Primary Runoff Election, if applicable; Up to $1,800 for a General Runoff Election, if applicable
These limits apply per election cycle, and contributions must be made using personal or corporate funds that are not reimbursed by any other entity. Contributions from foreign nationals, federal government contractors, and certain other prohibited sources are not permitted by law.
Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. State law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of any individual contributing more than $100 in an election cycle.

Brice Futch is a fireman — the kind of man who runs toward the flames when everyone else runs away.
Brice will lead the charge to eliminate the state income tax and put more money back in the pockets of hardworking Georgians. He supports bringing real innovation to state government — including embracing DOGE — to streamline services and stop wasting taxpayer dollars.
Brice serves with Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services. He’s a graduate of Liberty University and completed a Graduate Certificate in Nuclear Deterrence through Harvard. He’s currently a member of the Leadership Cherokee Class of 2025 and has completed fellowships with the Club for Growth Foundation, the Colson Center for Christian Worldview, and the Forge Leadership Network.
A man of deep faith, a husband, and a father of two, he and his family live in North Canton and are active members of the Incarnation Anglican Church.

Mr. Alex Kaufman
Alex Kaufman is a seasoned trial attorney and trusted legal advisor with extensive experience in complex litigation, corporate law, and political strategy. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of legal areas including commercial, employment, and securities litigation, as well as intellectual property disputes, trade secrets, and corporate and franchise matters. In addition to his litigation and advisory work, Alex is recognized for his counsel in political and governmental affairs, representing clients before local, state, and federal government entities. Alex currently serves as General Counsel for both the Republican Party of Georgia and Georgia’s 7th Congressional District. His deep legal knowledge and commitment to principled advocacy have made him a key figure in Georgia politics and Republican legal strategy. Over the course of his distinguished career, Alex has held equity partner roles at both an Am Law 100 firm and one of the largest national law firms headquartered in Atlanta. His prior public service includes positions with the Office of Executive Counsel under Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue, the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office in both the Appellate and Trial Divisions, the U.S. Department of State’s Office of the Chief of Protocol, and the U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary’s Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism and Homeland Security. He also clerked for Judge Craig L. Schwall, Sr. in Fulton County Superior Court. Alex’s contributions to the legal profession and public service have been recognized with numerous honors, including being named to Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite, earning the prestigious AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and being selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for over a decade (2013–2023).
